A few minutes up the road
Craigavon sits between Lurgan, where we're based, and Portadown, so most jobs here are a short drive away. That makes it easy to call out to measure and quote, and to come back for anything that needs finishing.

Opening up Craigavon's estate kitchens
Craigavon was planned as a new town in the 1960s, and much of its housing, around Brownlow for example, went up in the late 1960s and 1970s. Many homes from that era have a compact kitchen closed off from the dining room.
Knocking through to make a kitchen-diner is one of the biggest improvements you can make to a house like that. We handle the whole job with one team: taking out the wall, plastering, flooring and fitting the new kitchen. If the wall is load-bearing it will need steelwork designed by a structural engineer and building control approval, and we'll flag that when we quote.
Portadown has a wider mix, from older terraces near the town centre to newer developments on the edges of town. Whatever the house, the approach is the same: measure properly, plan the layout around how you use the room, and fit it with care.

Can you knock through to make a kitchen-diner?
Yes. Wall removals and layout changes are part of our renovation work, so we can open up the room and fit the new kitchen as one job. A load-bearing wall needs a structural engineer's design and building control approval, and we'll tell you if yours does when we quote.
Can you fit a utility room at the same time as the kitchen?
